Description

The Patch Organics is a lifestyle dream run by husband and wife team Luigi and Nidya.

They are deeply passionate about food, food sovereignty, connecting and increasing resilience in our community, and improving our environment.

Luigi originates from Calabria, the South of Italy and brings a wealth of experience in homesteading, hunting and traditional farming practices.

Both are Permaculture Design certified and Nidya recently completed her Teaching Permaculture certificate under Rosemary Morrow, Michael Wardle & Meg McGowan.

The Patch Organics focuses on growing pasture-raised organic chicken, operates a permaculture-designed organic & biodynamic market garden, and runs workshops and courses on Levenvale Farm.
